Hyderabad: Prestige Group, known for its Forum Malls brand, is re-entering city’s retail space with plans to launch three state-of-the-art shopping centers across the city by 2026.
The flagship project, Forum at The Prestige City, will span a developable area of 1.29 million square feet with a 30 per cent economic interest for Prestige Group, translating to a 0.39 million square feet share.
This mall is scheduled for completion in fiscal year 2025, as outlined in the company’s investor presentation for Q2 FY25 and H1 FY25.
Forum at Budvel, the second development, will cover 1.76 million square feet with Prestige holding a 60 per cent economic interest, amounting to a 1.05 million square feet share.
This project is expected to be operational by fiscal year 2026. Meanwhile, the final mall, Forum at Banjara Hills, will offer 0.62 million square feet of retail space, with Prestige holding a full 100 per cent stake. This high-profile location is also targeted for a fiscal year 2026 launch.
In addition to its retail ventures, Prestige Group is also stepping into the hospitality sector in the city with a new project at Budvel. Slated for completion by FY 2026, this upscale hotel will feature a total of 120 keys (rooms), designed to serve both business and leisure travelers in the city.
