Tata Harrier, Safari Get New ADAS Features and Colours

The Tata Harrier and Safari SUV model lineup recently received a color update in the country. The Harrier’s Adventure and Fearless trims are now available iin an Ash Grey finish, which was previously offered only in the Smart and Pure trims. The Seaweed Green shade, which was earlier available only in the Adventure trim, has now been expanded to the top-end Fearless variant.

The lower trims – Smart and Pure – now come with Coral Red and Pebble Grey paint schemes, which were earlier reserved for the higher trims. The Lunar White paint scheme is now standard across the entire Harrier model lineup. The Sunlit Yellow exterior shade is exclusively available on the top-end Fearless trim. Except for the entry-level Smart trim, the Oberon Black color is available on the other three trims.

For the Tata Safari, the Smart and Pure trims receive the Galactic Sapphire and Stardust Ash paint schemes. The higher Adventure and Accomplished trims are now offered in the Lunar Slate shade, while the Supernova Copper color is introduced in the top-end Accomplished trim. The Stellar Frost shade is available across all variants, while the Cosmic Gold shade is exclusive to the top-end trim. Read: Tata Harrier EV Interior and Launch Details

Additionally, the Tata Harrier and Safari SUVs’ ADAS (advanced driver assistance system) suite has been updated with features such as lane centring assist and lane keep assist. The updated ADAS suite will be available on the Adventure+ A, Fearless+, and Accomplished+ variants. Owners of the Harrier and Safari facelifts, introduced in October last year, can receive this update at no additional cost at their nearest Tata dealership.

No other changes have been made to the Harrier and Safari. Both SUVs continue to use the 2.0L diesel engine, which delivers 170bhp. It can be paired with either a manual or an automatic gearbox. In 2025, the indigenous automaker will introduce the Tata Harrier and Safari with petrol and electric powertrain options.
