Hyderabad: The GHMC said it had taken up city beautification works worth Rs 149.84 crore, including installation of art works at junctions and painting of flyovers. Fifteen works have been completed, and 209 are under various stages of execution, the GHMC said in a press release.
As part of these endeavour, the GHMC has set up benches and seating arrangements at junctions. Some companies have also come forward to take up beautification works as a part of their corporate social responsibility (CSR) activities.
