Hyderabad: TPCC president Mahesh Kumar Goud and minister Seethakka on Wednesday held both the BRS and BJP accountable for approving the ethanol factory in Dilawarpur of Nirmal.
Speaking separately to the media, both leaders slammed the BRS for initially permitting the factory and then misleading the public.
Seethakka said, “The ethanol factory received all approvals during the previous BRS govt. BRS leaders, including Talasani Srinivas Yadav played a key role in its establishment under PMK Distillation Company. Talasani’s son, Saikiran, is a director in the company, and these permissions were granted by the BRS.”
At Gandhi Bhavan, Mahesh Goud said, “While in power, BRS proudly celebrated setting up factories. Now, they are trying to provoke people by blaming the Congress.”
