Vijayawada: The state govt will release ‘Swarnandhra 2047‘ vision document on Dec 12 in the presence of students and general public. In a review meeting with officials on Friday, chief minister N Chandrababu Naidu directed them to complete the preparation of the final vision document. The govt had placed a draft vision document with 10 focus areas during the recent assembly session.
The vision document is being prepared with active participation of several prestigious organisations along with NITI Aayog. The govt collected the opinions of over 17 lakh people, including experts from various sections, many agencies, and intellectuals, for the vision document. The 10 focus areas the govt identified include building a poverty-free society, providing employment, skilled human resource development, water conservation, introducing technology in farming, providing global-level basic amenities, proper utilisation of energy resources, quality production along with branding, Swachandhra, and deep tech.
The document is being prepared for development at the state, district, constituency, and mandal levels. Chief secretary Neerab Kumar Prasad, secretaries of various departments along with officials of chief minister’s office were present at the meeting.
