
Hyderabad: A pack of stray dogs attacked and injured eight people walking along the road on Sunday in Chepur village, Armoor, Nizamabad. The victims sustained injuries to various parts of their bodies.
The injured were initially treated at the govt hospital in Armoor, while four critically wounded individuals were transferred to the Nizamabad district general hospital for further care.

Residents of the village have expressed growing concern over the increasing threat posed by aggressive dogs in the area. The recent attacks have created a sense of panic and fear among villagers, who are now urging authorities and public representatives to take action to ensure their safety from stray dogs.
Attempts to reach police and municipal officials in Armoor for comment on the situation were unsuccessful, as they did not respond to inquiries.
In a similar incident in Warangal, a street dog attacked a woman walking to the market with her two children. As she tried to protect her children and scare the dog away, she lost her balance and fell, resulting in a dog bite on her leg.
