GMR Hyderabad International Airport Limited (GHIAL) has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Young India Skill University (YISU) to promote aviation skill development among Telangana’s youth. This collaboration aims to offer specialised training programmes and certifications tailored to enhance workforce capabilities and meet the increasing demands of the aviation sector.
“The aviation industry requires a significant pool of skilled professionals. This partnership will empower our youth with the essential skills needed for the sector, bridging talent gaps and creating employment opportunities for Telangana’s work force,” said Pradeep Panicker, CEO of GHIAL.
Vice Chancellor of YISU V.L.V.S.S. Subba Rao said, “Through this collaboration, students will gain advanced technical skills and academic credits, opening pathways to further education and immediate employment in the expanding aviation industry. Professionally curated courses by GMR and YISU will be instrumental in addressing talent needs and benefiting students across the State.”
