Hyderabad: The Caffeinated Owl is organising a Mandala workshop by Nishat Anaira at Panchatantra, Brahman Wadi, Road No 5, Begumpet, on December 7 from 3 pm to 6 pm.
Mandalas are more than just a visual delight and making mandalas can also help one soothe emotions, calm mind and relax the body. They are also a great tool for improving focus and co-ordination, a press release said. For the workshop, no prior art experience is required and anyone aged 10 or above can join.
