Control room set up in Kurnool in A.P. in view of heavy rain forecast

District Collector P. Ranjith Basha has asked the district administration to be on an alert following heavy rain forecast for Wednesday (November 11) and Thursday (November 12). In a statement on Tuesday, the Collector asked officials of all the departments to be alert as the Met department has predicted heavy rains in the coming two days. The Collector asked the farmers to take precautions to save their standing crops and advised paddy and tobacco farmers to postpone harvesting of their crops till rains subside.
