Hyderabad: The Group 2 exam have commenced in Telangana, with the Telangana State Public Service Commission (TGPSC) making extensive arrangements to conduct the exams on Sunday and Monday for 783 Group-2 service posts. A total of 1,368 examination centers have been set up across the state.
The TGPSC had issued notification on December 29, 2022, to fill these posts. A total of 5,51,943 applications have been received. The examination consists of four papers, with each 150 marks. The exams are scheduled from 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM and 3:00 PM to 5:30 PM. Section 144 has been imposed at all examination centers.
TGPSC Chairman Burra Venkatesham inspected the Group 2 examination center at Begumpet Government Women’s Degree College. He stated that the exams are being conducted after many years, and arrangements have been made to ensure no inconvenience to the candidates. Venkatesham advised candidates to appear for the examination peacefully and reassured them that the results would be declared soon.
