New Relic doubles Hyderabad innovation centre with new 500 seat office

HYDERABAD: New Relic, an intelligent observability platform, has expanded its Hyderabad innovation centre with a new 500-seater facility in the city. Apart from this, the company also announced its new corporate partnership with Telangana govt led incubator T-Hub.
The new innovation hub will house teams for product, design, engineering and operations to accelerate product innovation ad will support the growing needs of the platform’s customer base.
“The expanded 500 plus seat Hyderabad Innovation Centre represents a 2.5x increase in capacity in just six months, with overall headcount in India more than quadrupling since the beginning of 2024,” the company said.
The platform made its debut in Hyderabad in May 2024 with a 200-seater facility followed by a 300-seater office in Bengaluru housing product, engineering, and design teams co-located with go-to-market and operational teams.
“The expanded Hyderabad Innovation Centre is a world-class facility that marks a significant milestone in our growth strategy for India. It India on equal footing with our US and European Innovation Centres, enabling us to tap into fantastic local talent and create great products that meet the needs of our growing customers in India and around the world,” said New Relic CEO Ashan Willy.
New Relic said the partnership with T-Hub demonstrates its commitment to the local tech ecosystem and represents the first global observability platform to sign a corporate partnership with the incubator.
As part of the partnership, New Relic will provide support to the local startup ecosystem through dedicated events, community mentorship opportunities, among others. It will also give startups access to over 30 of New Relic’s world-class capabilities as part of its platform.
