WARANGAL: Task force police nabbed a woman on Monday for allegedly storing explosives illegally at her residence in Beerannakunta near Ursugutta, Warangal. The raid led to the seizure of 74 gelatin sticks, 100 detonators, and 53 electrical fuses.
Task Force ACP A. Madhusudhan identified the accused as 37-year-old Shivaratri Anitha, a resident of Beerannakunta. Acting on a tip-off, the task force, in collaboration with Mills Colony police, conducted a raid at her house and discovered the explosives.
The Mills Colony police have registered a case against Anitha and initiated an investigation to determine the purpose behind the storage of the explosives.
