Charging Time
The battery can be charged from 0 to 80% in just 3 hours using a 950W onboard charger, although this charging option is not available with the top-end 3501 variant. The Chetak 3502 variant comes with an external charger that charges the battery from 0 to 80% in 3 hours 25 minutes, which is the shortest charging time in its segment. The scooter’s power and torque figures remain undisclosed.
Lots of Features!
The new Bajaj Chetak 35 Series boasts “the latest tech and safety features.” The 3502 variant comes with a TFT display with turn-by-turn navigation, but it is not touch-enabled. A touch-sensitive TFT display is exclusive to the top-end 3501 variant. Additionally, the 3501 variant is equipped with a key fob, while the 3502 uses a mechanical key. Both variants offer a single riding mode – Eco – and limited smartphone connectivity is available with the 3501 trim.
The TecPac variant of the Chetak 35 Series adds features such as full smartphone connectivity, sequential blinkers, geo-fencing, data analytics, guide-me-home lights, trip and over-speed alerts with speed limit settings, and a Sports mode.
