Hyderabad: The three-day mega property show of State Bank of India (SBI), Hyderabad Circe was inaugurated on Friday at Hitex Exhibition Hall-4, Madhapur, Hyderabad.
Rajesh Kumar, CGM Hyderabad Circle, who inaugurated the property show, said that SBI will shortly surpass 8 trillion mark in home loans. He appealed to all the customers visiting property show to utilize waiver in processing fee and interest concession, discounts given by the builders.
Manju Sharma, CGM REHBU, Corporate Centre Mumbai, in her address said that the present real estate growth rate is 7 percent and by 2047 it is expected to reach to 17 percent at CAGR of 10 percent and mentioned that SBI is achieving 14 percent growth every year.
Rajasekhar Reddy, president, CREDAI appealed customers to repose confidence in the Hyderabad real estate and utilize the mega expo to invest in their dream home.
Shekhar Reddy, vice president IGBC suggested that reduction in interest rates by Banks and GST by State Government due to increase in land rates and construction material, would provide an impetus to the affordable housing segment.
General Managers, Prakash Chandra Baror, Ravi Kumar Verma of Hyderabad Circle, R. Balanand, DGM, REHBU Hyderabad Circle and other senior officials were present.
