Now we are talking about pan India cinema, but… Upendra is an all-rounder who gave a taste of that trend (Upendra movies) in the 90s and entertained the audience all over the country. He has special fans as a hero and director. He entertained the Telugu audience with films like ‘A’, ‘Upendra’, ‘Ra’, ‘Sh…’. He has done many films in Telugu as well. The story is: Satya’s (Upendra’s) wish was to bring back the Dharma of the Satya Yuga. The opposite is Kalki (Upendra). The story of ‘UI’ is the winner of this conflict between good and evil. He brought all the religions and cultures of the entire world under one umbrella and worked hard to make them all dry. The world created while inventing the future gives a good cinematic experience. Overall it is a socio-political lecture-like satire.
Who did it: Upendra did double duty. He appeared in the entire film with the roles of Satya and Kalki. Ravi Shankar made noise with various getups. The heroine Reeshma’s role is nominal. Murali Sharma will be seen as a film critic. The roles of Sunny Leone, Nidhi Subbaiah, Sadhu Kokila, Murali Krishna, Indrajit Lankesh and others are impressive. Technically the film is superior. Ajanish Loknath’s music is mesmerizing. Some sounds in the background music will disturb the family audience. Venugopal’s camera work is impressive. Shivakumar’s art talent and Nirmal Kumar’s visual effects are the main attraction of the film.
