The 54th Inter-Departmental Games and Sports Meet 2024-25 of Visakhapatnam Port Authority commenced at Diamond Jubilee Port Stadium, Akkayyapalem, here on Friday.
Port Deputy Chairman Durgesh Kumar Dubey inaugurated the event.
The meet features a range of games and sports such as cricket, football, basketball, hockey, table tennis, volleyball, badminton, tennicoit, body building, chess, Caroms, and athletics organised for male and female employees, with special events for Divyangjans.
The winners and runners will be presented with trophies at the Republic Day celebrations in 2025.
