Hyderabad: Allu Arjun may be a hero on screen, but public safety must take precedence over film promotions, said in-charge DGP Jitender on Sunday, addressing the Sandhya theatre stampede. “We have no issues with any individual. However, everyone must be responsible toward the state. The safety and security of citizens is of utmost importance, and this should be understood and followed. While they are heroes in films, they must also recognise the societal issues on the ground. Promoting a film is not as important as ensuring the safety of the public,” Jitender stated.
