In this context, it is essential that the film industry sorts out this issue with the Telangana government at the earliest. In accordance, the Tollywood delegation has secured the appointment of CM Revanth Reddy for a crucial meeting at 10 in the morning tomorrow.
The delegation will be led by the TDFC Chairman Dil Raju who will be bridging the Telangana government and the Telugu film industry. The senior producer confirmed that the meeting will be happening at 10 in the morning tomorrow, and it will be attended by heroes, directors and producers who are available in the city.
The Telangana government sounded very affirmative about the reluctance on ticket prices and benefit shows, so the responsibility is on Tollywood to sort out this issue before the super busy Sankranti season.
On the occasion, Dil Raju called for the need to find middle ground between the film industry and Telangana government. A crucial step in this regard could be taken in the meeting that is scheduled for tomorrow. More information will emerge once this high-level meeting is wrapped up.
This meeting comes right after a collective cheque for Rs 2 crore from Allu Arjun(Rs 1 crore), Sukumar(50 lakh) and Mythri Movie Makers(50 lakh) was pledged for Shri Tej’s family.
