Andhra Pradesh CM Naidu expressed grief over the demise of Manmohan Singh
On the death of former Prime Minister Manmohan Singh Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu expressed condolences on Thursday. While describing the former Prime Minister as an intellectual politician, Chief Minister Naidu said that Singh had made humility, intelligence and honesty his life mantra.
Posting on X, Naidu said that he is deeply saddened by the demise of former Prime Minister and famous economist Manmohan Singh. An intellectual statesman, Dr. Singh embodied humility, intelligence and honesty. He said that from economic reforms as Finance Minister in 1991 to his leadership as Prime Minister, Singh has served the country tirelessly and uplifted millions of people.
