Here are some films that have big expectations in 2025-
1) Chhaava

Vicky Kaushal’s Chhaava is a historical film about the Maratha king, Sambhaji. Given the solid glimpses from the high-voltage dramatic teaser, the film is expected to be the biggest blockbuster in 2025. The movie also stars Rashmika Mandanna and Akshay Khanna.
2) Sikandar

Starring Salman Khan and Rashmika Mandanna, this action drama will be released on Eid 2025. Going by the stardom of Salman and the hype around the film, the film has a great chance to do well.
3) Dhurandhar
Tentatively titled Dhurandhar, Aditya Dhar’s directorial is also is also looking for a 2025 release. Starring Ranveer Singh, Sanjay Dutt, Arjun Rampal, R Madhavan, and Akshaye Khanna, the action thriller will be set against the backdrop of the intelligence agencies of India. Fans are hoping this film can help Ranveer get out of his dry spell.
4) Housefull 5
Another sequel banking on the success of its previous parts, Housefull 5 is set to release in June in the coming year. The film has big expectations from Akshay Kumar as his comedic timing is something fans enjoyed previously.
5) War 2
The Hrithik Roshan and Kiara Advani starring War 2 will be an action-packed film. Also starring Anil Kapoor and Jr. NTR, the film has high expectations from director Ayan Mukerji.
6) Jolly LLB 3
The courtroom drama continues with another film added to the sequel. Starring Akshay Kumar, Arshad Warsi, Huma Qureshi, and Amrita Rao, the film is set to release on April 11. The first two instalments were a success at the box office, so it is safe to say that the third part would have a good run too.
7) Thama
After the love of Munjya and Stree 2, Maddock Films is bringing Thama. Set against the backdrop of vampires, this film starring Ayushmann Khurrana and Rashmika Mandanna is set to release in Diwali.
Rashmika Mandanna has been ruling our hearts recently with films like Animal and Pushpa 2. It looks like she will continue to win our hearts in the coming year as well with so many projects coming up. 2025 might be the year of Rashmika Mandanna too!
