East Coast Railway has announced restoration of train services (ICF coaches) in place of MEMU trains, which are being cancelled. Train no. 07470 Visakhapatnam–Palasa train service will be restored from December 28 to March 1 (except Fridays and Sundays).
Further, this train will be renumbered as 67289 with effect from January 1. In the return direction, the 07471 Palasa-Visakhapatnam train service will be restored from March 28 to March 1 (except Fridays and Sundays). Further this train will be renumbered as 67290 with effect from January 1.
Train no.07468 Visakhapatnam–Vizianagaram service will be restored from December 27 to February 28 (except Thursdays). Further, this train will be renumbered as 67287 with effect from January 1. This train will be extended up to Parvathipuram on temporary basis from December 27.
In the return direction, 07469 Vizianagaram-Visakhapatnam train service will be restored from December 28 to March 1 (except Fridays). Further, this train will be renumbered as 67288 with effect from January 1. This train will be start from Parvathipuram on temporary basis from December 28.
These trains will have General Second Class Sitting Coaches-10 and Second class cum luggage/ Disabled coach-02.
