Varun Dhawan, the young Bollywood actor, collaborated with two leading South Indian actresses this year on two separate projects. Varun, who has been attempting to advance in Bollywood and expand his market, worked hard on these two projects, but both failed miserably.
He appeared in the web series “Citadel Honey Bunny,” starring Samantha Ruth Prabhu. The action drama, which premiered on Amazon Prime in November of this year, earned both unfavorable reviews from critics and negative reactions from the audience. The series was a complete failure. As a result, Samantha scored a flop in 2024.
Interestingly, Samantha only appeared in this project in 2024, and it turned out to be a dud.
Varun Dhawan’s year ended even more disastrously, as his last film, Baby John, became one of the biggest disappointments in recent memory. The film marked Keerthy Suresh’s Bollywood debut. It was also her first film release after marrying her lover Antony. Keerthy Suresh’s Bollywood tryst with “Baby John” was a bitter experience.
Both Keerthy Suresh and Samantha suffered disasters in Hindi this year after coupling up with Varun Dhawan.
