QR code feedback system across AP soon | Vijayawada News

Vijayawada: Chief minister N Chandrababu Naidu on Monday directed officials of real-time governance system (RTGS) to display QR codes at public places, temples, RTC buses, and hospitals. The initiative aims to enable people to send feedback, suggestions, and complaints on governance.
Naidu said every department should address the issues raised by people by analysing the feedback received. “There should not be any lapse in service delivery in essential departments like health. QR codes should be displayed in all hospitals to facilitate feedback on cleanliness, sanitation, medicine supply, diagnostic services, and other facilities. 18,000 crore has been allotted to the health department, and people should receive quality services,” he said.
The chief minister also suggested taking feedback from people on road repairs, for which the govt has allotted 860 crore only for filling of potholes. So far, 6,228 km of roads have been repaired, and the remain works will be completed by Sankranti, officials said. TNN
