The Eastern Naval Command (ENC) of the Indian Navy is set to put on a grand show at Rama Krishna Beach in Visakhapatnam on January 4, 2025, with an ‘Operational Demonstration’ that promises to highlight the force’s combat skills and prowess. The event will feature tactical manoeuvres, air power displays, and simulated combat operations, offering a comprehensive view of the Navy’s cutting-edge capabilities.
Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu will grace the occasion as the chief guest, with Vice-admiral Rajesh Pendharkar, the flag officer commanding-in-chief of the ENC, hosting the event. The Greater Visakhapatnam Municipal Corporation (GVMC) has been diligently monitoring the arrangements, with Commissioner Sampath Kumar overseeing preparations at the beach.
Kumar expressed confidence that all arrangements are in place for the event’s success. Coordinated efforts between the district administration and various departments have been launched to ensure a seamless execution.
