Crystal Palace just had a spell of sustained pressure, including two corners, and a good effort by Jean-Phillippe Mateta.
It took 33 minutes but the Eagles finally had an effort that had Robert Sanchez scrambling.
It was a spell where Chelsea also gave the ball away several times when trying to counter attack.
Palace are also targeting Chelsea’s left-side as Marc Cucurella is the one defender charged with getting forward – leaving space in behind.
Still, Chelsea showed through Nicolas Jackson – who fashioned himself a chance – that they remain dangerous.
