Ponguleti questions KTR’s high court plea

Hyderabad: Telangana minister Ponguleti Srinivas Reddy asked BRS working president KT Rama Rao (KTR) why he approached the Telangana high court seeking the quashing of the case against him when he is clean and did nothing wrong. He said the courts would decide whether there was anything wrong in the Formula E-race case, not KTR.
Speaking to reporters on Tuesday, the minister said the govt has no intention to target KTR, but it was accidental that KCR’s family was found involved in the scams.
On the funds and bonds received by BRS, he said BRS president K Chandrasekhar Rao should explain why BRS, which is a regional party, became the richest with these donations and electoral bonds. “It’s not just electoral bonds, many things would come out in the probe. KTR should tell where the Formula E-race amount went,” Srinivas Reddy said.
He said that the state govt ordered investigations into various issues after the BRS leaders dared the govt to order probes.
