YSR Congress always makes big statements that they changed the complete outlook of Government Schools once and for all.
They used to circulate pictures of some schools and claim that the Government Schools have changed completely. In fact, people also fell for this propaganda campaign and believed the schools changed for good.

But then, the fact remains different.
The government recently gave separate star ratings for infrastructure and academic aspects of schools. It gave 5 stars for infrastructure and 5 stars for academics.

While this rating was given after assessing the facilities in all schools, not a single school in the state achieved a 5-star rating.
Eighty-Seven schools were left with zero rating as they did not have even 30 percent of the facilities, 1,958 schools achieved one-star rating, 16,816 schools achieved 2 stars, 19,438 schools achieved 3 stars, and 6,788 schools achieved 4 stars.

Not a single school achieved a five-star rating. This raises doubts about what happened to the thousands of crores spent on schools during the YSR Congress regime.
The then Government spent 8,300 Crore Rupees in the name of Nadu-Nedu Scheme. The Government estimates that funds to the tune of 3,000 Crore were embellezzed off.
With this, the government has decided to audit the entire scheme and ascertain the amount of corruption.
Nara Lokesh is the concerned Minister right now and he has taken the issue seriously.
Once that is ascertained, we may see cases as well.
If corruption is unearthed in this scheme, the only achievement Jagan is left with will also be lost and exposed.
