Andhra Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister K. Pawan Kalyan and HRD Minister Nara Lokesh will visit Kurnool district on January 9 (Thursday). However, the two will tour the district separately.
Mr. Pawan Kalyan will reach Kurnool airport on Thursday morning and conduct an aerial survey of the Ghani Solar Park pumped storage project site. Later, he would visit the intake view point and power house of the plant and interact with the officials about the project, following which he will leave for Kurnool.
Meanwhile, Mr. Lokesh will reach Kurnool on Thursday night after his tour of Anantapur district, where he will visit the Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University (JNTU). On January 10 (Friday), he will visit the government-run colleges in Kurnool and later take part in the marriage reception of Industries and Commerce Minister T.G. Bharath’s daughter at a private function hall in the afternoon, following which he will leave for Hyderabad.
