Global Star Ram Charan’s Game Changer is set for U.S. premieres starting Thursday at 1:30 p.m. EST (12 midnight IST). However, the AMC theater chain release has encountered a roadblock.
According to the U.S. distributor Shloka Entertainments, the Telugu version content was successfully delivered electronically to all major theater chains yesterday, with physical drives dispatched to select locations.

AMC has paused schedules due to disruptions caused by wildfires in the Los Angeles area and snowstorms in the Midwest. This has delayed content downloads and temporarily halted bookings for AMC theaters. Bookings may reopen later tonight, pending resolution.
As for the Hindi and Tamil versions, screenings in most U.S. locations are delayed until Friday, January 10, due to a content delay from the production side in India.

For the Telugu version, premieres are on track across theaters except for AMC, where delays are expected until the issues are resolved. So far, AMC pre-sales stand at under $60K, minimizing immediate revenue impact. It’s not a big impact, however, resolving the AMC issue promptly is crucial for smooth premieres across all major chains.
