The movie ‘Game Changer’ (Game Changer Movie) raised expectations with the combination itself. This is the first film made in Telugu by Tamil director Shankar, whose name is given to larger than life films. Another highlight is Ramcharan playing the lead role. This is Ramcharan’s solo film coming after five years… The film is directed by top director Shankar and produced by Dil Raju with a huge production cost. This film has increased the interest of the audience. And those expectations and interest? (Game Changer Review) To what extent did it please the audience?
Game Changer Story: The story is: Ramnandan (Ramcharan) is a young IPS officer. He changes his personality for Deepika (Kiara Advani), whom he loves in college. Reduces anger in himself. He becomes IAS from IPS only for her sake. As soon as he takes charge as Visakha Collector, a war begins with Minister Bobbili Mopidevi (S.J. Surya) and his gang. Mopidevi’s father is Chief Minister Satyamurthy (Srikanth) of Abhyudaya Party. Mopidevi, who is yearning for posts, what steps did he take for the post of Chief Minister? What did the IAS officer Ramnandan do with the force of authority? What kind of reply did the capable Ramnandan give to Mopidevi? If you want to know the relationship of Ramnandan with Abhyudaya Party, Appanna (Ramcharan) and Parvathi (Anjali), you have to watch the movie!
How about: Shankar is the only one in the past, this is a story that revolves around the system and cleansing as touched upon by Sivaji in other movies (Director Shankar Movies). A battle between a young IAS officer and a political leader. Shankar Mark visuals here and there, apart from Appanna episode… in terms of story and emotions, it doesn’t touch the mind much. This is the generation that likes realistic movies. They should be shown a new world that they have never seen on screen, or a story that seems close to reality. (Game Changer Review Telugu) Shankar’s game went far away from these two.
This movie (Game Changer) is a collection of incidents around the legislative system and the Election Commission. In these days of media and social media, how are the elections conducted? Even the common man knows how the Chief Ministers are elected. Shankar, who called himself unpredictable, unveiled that background on the screen in a completely dramatic and far from natural way like the movies that came out in the 90s. The film begins by reminding the CM of one day in ‘Oke Okedu’. Ramnandan, who has taken charge as IAS, is seen to be harboring illegals and conspiring with corrupt officials. In that sequence, the war that starts between Minister Bobbili Mopidevi and Ramnandan makes the movie a bit interesting.
Ramnandan’s flashback that starts at the same time takes the story in a different direction. Even though Ram Charan is seen in a new avatar as an angry man, the love story that comes in that background is not very pleasing. The twist in the break scenes is impressive. (Game Changer Movie Review) Flashback episodes in Shankar’s movies are impressive. Although the flashback in the first half is not very impressive, Shankar’s magic will be seen in the Appanna episode in the second half. Appanna’s struggle, his entry into politics and the challenges he faces in that sequence have a good drama. As soon as it was completed, the movie became normal again. An election officer asking to take money for voting, giving orders to leave even though he says that money is being lured, using drones to scare the hoodlums and protect the EVMs from them… sounds cinematic.

Who did it: Ram Charan (Ram Charan) appears on screen in a three-dimensional role. He gives a good performance as an angry young man, Appanna and a public servant. His looks are also impressive. His acting in the role of Appanna is even more impressive. Kiara Advani’s role is not much important. In the songs, it is bound by beauty. Anjali entertains in the role of Parvati, who is preferred for acting. She appears in two types of looks. Her character’s background is full of emotions. SJ Surya’s performance as Minister Mopidevi is the highlight of the movie. Husharayana cultivated villainy with his acting and gave laughs here and there. Srikanth also makes noise with two looks. He is the key character who turns the story around. Jayaram, Samudrakhani and Rajeev Kanaka will be seen in prominent roles. Sunil is the side angle character. There is nothing new in it except to show it like that. Brahmananda appears like this and disappears like this. The roles of Prithvi, Raghubabu etc. are not much important.
Technical departments have performed well. Thiru impressed with the visuals. Every scene looks grandiose. Thaman’s music is the highlight of the film. Even more than the songs, the film was influenced by the background music. The songs Jaragandi and Ra Maccha were grandiose. Arugamide song is impressive, Nana Hirana has no place in the film. (Game Changer Review Telugu) Editing and art departments have done well. Especially Ramakrishna, Monika and Avinash’s art department work is visible in every scene. Game Changer Story Writer is lacking in the movie. Words seem out of place. As a director, he who is adept at revealing social issues on screen, could not make a big impact except in a few scenes. In terms of production, Dil Raju and Shirish did nothing.
