Freak accident on NH-44 leads to three deaths in Telangana
Mahabubnagar: Three persons died and at least 12 others injured when a Bengaluru-bound bus rammed into a truck near Bhureddypally on Hyderabad – Bengaluru highway in the early hours of Friday, reports said.
The ill-fated bus was on its way to Bengaluru from Hyderabad and the freak accident took place after one of the tyres of a car going in the same direction burst.
The driver of a truck, which was immediately behind the car applied sudden brakes to avoid hitting the car and the private bus behind the truck rammed into it.
The injured have been shifted to nearby hospitals by the police. The vehicular traffic came to a standstill for sometime on the National Highway, but the police managed to clear the traffic. Investigations are on
