Ramlala was installed in the grand and divine temple in Ayodhya on 22 January 2024. According to the Hindu calendar, the auspicious time of that date is falling on 11 January. Champat Rai, General Secretary of Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra, said that the anniversary of Pran Pratishtha will be celebrated like other Hindu festivals. He told that last year in 2024, Pran Pratishtha was done on 22 January on the day of Paush Shukla Dwadashi. And this time in 2025 this date is falling on 11 January. That’s why the festival is being celebrated.
He told, ‘All Hindu festivals are celebrated according to specific dates, hence the anniversary of Ramlala’s consecration will also be celebrated according to the date. Festivals like Ram Navami, Krishna Janmashtami and Vivah Panchami are celebrated according to the Hindu calendar. Similarly, the anniversary of the consecration of Ram temple will be celebrated as ‘Pratishtha Dwadashi’. This date will fall on Paush Shukla Dwadashi on 11 January this year.
According to the Hindu calendar, Kurma Dwadashi will fall on January 11 considering Udaya Tithi. Today some other important reasons are also being created. On this day, Abhijeet Muhurta is from 12:13 pm to 12:56 pm. At the same time, Amrit Kaal is from 9.26 am to around 11 am. Brahma Muhurta is from 5:30 in the morning to around 6:30.
About 2 thousand guests have been invited to this program to be organized on the first anniversary of Ram Lalla’s consecration. Chief Minister Yogi will address the public meeting at Angad Tila venue at 2 pm on Saturday itself. Both the Deputy Chief Ministers are also likely to attend the programme. The Chief Minister will remain in Ayodhya for about five hours.
Pratistha Dwadashi festival is being celebrated as a three-day festival from January 11 to January 13. In view of the first anniversary programme, all types of passes have been closed for three days. Live telecast will be done on Doordarshan so that crores of people can have darshan of Ramlala. The temple complex has been decorated with more than 50 quintals of flowers.
