Indian electric car market will soon get a new entrant in the form of Gensol Ezio, which has been spied in India multiple times. Unlike existing electric cars in India, upcoming electric car from Gensol EV is a three wheeled vehicle, which has been named Ezio. The company is poised to unveil it at Bharat Mobility Global Expo 2025.
Electric 3-wheeler Spied Undisguised
As opposed to the previous set of spy shots, the new test mules show car’s design without any camouflage. Said vehicle was under testing, probably by ARAI. As revealed by Gensol EV website, the company’s first electric car has received ARAI certification. The company promises 200 km of range from a single charge along with a top-speed of 80 km/h.
As seen in the spy shots by autonation_India, the rear of this vehicle has Ezio badging and the same name is officially teased by the company too. Beside Ezio badge, we can see EV badge in a teal blue shade. At the front, there seems to be a conventional car face with regular headlights, fog lights and a closed-off grill.
There seems to be a single wiper blade for front windshield and none for rear windshield, which is expected with budget cars. Up until the front doors, everything looks conventional. There are no rear doors. At the rear, there is only one wheel in the middle, which is probably where this vehicle’s electric motor is present.
There seems to be a rear tailgate with a convenient boot behind it. Flanking it are Gensol Ezio’s tail lights. We can also see a shark fin antenna and a dual-tone black roof, for some panache. These spy shots don’t show Ezio’s interiors, but company’s website hints at many things we can expect.
Feature-Loaded Interiors?
This electric 3-wheeler spied undisguised, packs quite a few feature and creature comforts, despite being a budget offering. We can see manual air conditioning, a free-standing touchscreen infotainment display that might feature Android Auto and Apple CarPlay and it will get a conventional gear selector stick.
