I got the Illuminated Door Sill guards installed today at the NEXA.
I ordered them from the Maruti Suzuki website. It took a while for it to arrive at the NEXA store. I placed the order on 27 December 2024 and got a call today from the showroom that the accessory had arrived.
The entire installation process took about an hour. The existing sill guards are removed and the new ones are installed.
In addition, I was informed that another cable is also needed for the connection. So I bought that, too, it cost 420/-. I wasn’t charged anything for the installation. The work was done neatly, and I am happy with the illuminated sill guards. The light is just enough to light the name; it doesn’t spread.
The illumination stays on for about 15-20 seconds even after closing the door, which is a good feature and enhances the overall feel of this accessory.
