In Dec 2024, i installed the Proman roof carrier on my Thar. The purchase and installation was done at Poonamotors Pvt Ltd; a big shoutout to Hemant (the owner) for a seamless purchase and installation experience. This stylish and practical addition came just in time for my New Year’s roadtrip from Mumbai to Bhogave beach with friends. The Proman roof carrier is not only visually appealing, complimenting the rugged charm of the Thar, but it also proved to be incredibly functional.
The spacious design of the carrier allowed me to easily fit 3 to 4 medium-sized suitcases, which was a huge relief given how packed our trip was. I had ordered an elastic net on amazon.inthat came with multiple hooks that securely fastened the suitcases from all four sides, ensuring that everything stayed in place throughout the journey, even on bumpy roads.
