Greater Visakhapatnam Municipal Corporation (GVMC) Commissioner P. Sampath Kumar inspected Ward 25 in Zone III here on Friday. He was accompanied by corporator S. Govind. During his visit, he had directed the GVMC officials to develop park in front of Apoorva Hospital and prepare proposals for that. He checked the maintenance of Sulabh Complex at Kanakammavari Veedhi. He inspected the Anna Canteen near Regional Eye Hospital (REH). He enquired with the officials over daily turnout, for which they informed that around 400 people, including elderly persons and attendants of patient from REH, have been visiting the canteen. The staff also informed that special queue lines were being created for the elderly persons.
