A total 38 trainee IAS officers of 2024 batch from Lal Bahadur Shastri National Academy of Administration, Mussoorie, Uttarakhand, visited the Eastern Naval Command in two groups as part of the winter study tour.
The ENC provided the trainee IAS officers an overview of the naval operations and also to acquaint them with roles and responsibilities of operational commands of the Indian Navy.
The trainees were given an interactive presentation on the role and responsibility of the Eastern Naval Command.
On the other hand, as part of the Naval and Industrial Tour, 50 trainee officers of Army War College, Mhow, visited the Eastern Naval Command.
The officers also visited Escape Training School, INS Satavahana, Naval Dockyard, frontline Warships, Submarines and Naval Air Station INS Dega
