“For a person who always talks jokingly, I was shocked to see you hold so much pain inside you,” said Tollywood megastar Chiranjeevi responding to Music director Thaman’s comments about the ill-effects of trolls.
“Don’t kill a film with negative trolls, Telugu film industry is going beyond the country with success while its own people are trying to bring it down,” an emotional Thaman said during an event on Friday.
“Dear Thaman, The words you spoke yesterday touched hearts. I was a bit surprised that you, who were always talking jokingly, had such a pain in you. Your mind must have been really disturbed that made you react this way. Be it Cinema or Cricket or any societal problem, the people using social media must realise the weight of their words. Like someone said words are free, ‘Words can inspire, And words can destroy. Choose what you wish to do.’ If we are positive in life, we would also be positive. Thoughtful words my dear! God Bless!” the Acharya star wrote on ‘X’.
On the work front, Chiranjeevi is currently busy with Vishwambhara, a fantasy-action drama. The official teaser of the film, which was released in October last year, had crossed more than 29 million views.
The movie includes a star-studded cast of Janhvi Kapoor, Mrunal Thakur, Trisha and others. The film which was initially planned for a Sankranti release is now looking to enthrall audiences in May.
