There was a lot of discussion about the engagement of SP MP Priya Saroj from Machhilishahr Lok Sabha seat of Jaunpur and cricketer Rinku Singh on Friday. Different things were being written on social media. In this connection, MP’s father Toofani Saroj told that the engagement of both of them has not taken place yet.
Rinku’s family members were met in Aligarh last Thursday. There has been a meaningful conversation on marriage. The session of Parliament is starting from 30-31 January, which will continue till 13 February. The date of engagement and marriage will be decided after the Parliament session.
Rinku Singh will play T-20 match from 22 January. Will also play IPL. Shahrukh Khan’s team Kolkata Knight Riders has signed a contract with him for Rs 13 crore. Rinku’s convenience will be kept in mind while deciding the date of marriage and engagement. It will be seen that there is no impact on his game in any way.
Toofani Saroj told that Priya’s friend’s father is a cricketer. It was through him that Rinku and Priya got acquainted. Both know each other already. Both of them said that they would get married with the consent of their family. Now meaningful conversations have taken place among the family members also.
