Toyota has brought in the Prius FFV-PHEV or the Flex-fuel vehicle-Plug-in hybrid electric vehicle to the 2025 Auto Expo. This car comes with a 2.0-litre petrol engine capable of running on both petrol and ethanol along with an electric motor and a 13.6 kWh battery.
Based on the latest 5th-gen Prius, this FFV-PHEV variant looks identical to the regular Prius from the outside:
The front fascia looks futuristic with its slim headlamps, eyebrow DRLs and a slim airdam:
Perhaps one of the rare plug-in hybrids that can run on ethanol:
This Prius gets a combine output of 220 BHP / 190 Nm, with the electric motor rated at 160 BHP / 208 Nm. The car has an EV only range of 87 km:
