Hyundai’s most anticipated car for 2025, the Creta Electric, was recently launched at the Bharat Mobility Expo. The first units of the electric SUV have now started reaching dealerships. The Creta Electric is available in four variants: Executive, Smart, Premium and Excellence, with prices starting at Rs 17.99 lakh (ex-showroom). The Creta Electric gets dual 10.25-inch screens and a unique 3-spoke steering wheel with a column-mounted shift-by-wire gear selector. The EV offers features such as a Bose audio system, automatic climate control, ventilated front seats and also comes with Level 2 ADAS, which includes features like Lane Keeping Assist, Forward Collision Warning, Blind Spot Collision Warning, and Smart Cruise control with stop and go. The Creta Electric is available with two battery options: 42 kWh and 51.4 kWh, offering a range of 390 km and 473 km, respectively. The 42 kWh variant is paired with a 133 BHP electric motor, while the long-range version has a 169 BHP motor. The latter is capable of accelerating the EV from 0 to 100 km/h in 7.9 seconds.
