Bollywood star Saif Ali Khan was discharged from Mumbai’s Lilavati Hospital on Tuesday afternoon after undergoing treatment for the severe injuries he had suffered in a stabbing incident at his residence last week. The actor and his family members reached their Satguru Sadan residence in Bandra under strict police security.
Following the brazen stabbing incident, Saif Ali Khan’s family has reportedly beefed up his security. As per the latest reports, Saif’s family has hired popular Bollywood actor Ronit Roy’s security agency, AceSqad Security LLP, for the actor’s protection. Ronit Roy reached Saif’s apartment, and he is personally looking into the actor’s security. Ronit’s security agency has managed security for top Bollywood stars like Amitabh Bachchan, Shah Rukh Khan, and Aamir Khan.
Five days ago, Saif Ali Khan was stabbed by a suspect named Shariful Islam several times in his spine, neck, and hands during a burglary attempt. Saif was rushed to the Lilavati Hospital in an autorickshaw by his son Ibrahim Ali Khan and wife Kareena Kapoor Khan. Doctors immediately performed a critical surgery and brought Saif out of danger.
