Hyderabad:The Road Transport Authority (RTA), Hyderabad, on Wednesday conducted a free health camp at Khairatabad for people who underwent various medical examinations at the camp. Nearly 40 per cent of those who took the tests were diagnosed with ailments such as diabetes, blood pressure and eye ailments.
The medical practitioners interacted with drivers and explained to them on how to lead a healthy lifestyle and provided them tips to follow while driving.
Out of 220 who were examined, 48 were diagnosed with high BP, 35 diabetes, four haemoglobin, 14 eye ailments, 58 dental issues. No case of cancer was detected.
