Samsung Galaxy Unpacked January 2025 Live Updates: The Galaxy S25 series is almost here. In a few hours from now, Samsung, the South Korean tech major, will take the wraps off its most powerful smartphone ever, the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra. The relatively more mainstream Galaxy S25 and Galaxy S25 Pluswill be also tagging along.
But wait there’s more. The Galaxy S25 trio will be joined by Samsung’s first Extended Reality (XR) headset which is internally called Project Moohan. It is powered by Google’s new Android XR software and is set to lock horns with Apple’s Vision Pro and Meta Quest headsets. There is always the off-chance that Samsung might spring in a surprise or two at the event, but we will have to wait and watch out for those, for now. Luckily, we won’t have to wait for long.

For those unaware, Samsung’s Unpacked event is scheduled for January 22, 2025, which is today. The global launch is happening at San Jose, California. Keeping with tradition, Samsung is also hosting an India-specific Unpacked in Bengaluru, which is to say the Galaxy S25 series is launching simultaneously in India, with price and availability details expected to be announced during the event itself.
