Hyderabad: A massive fire broke out on two boats in Hussain Sagar on Sunday night.
The fire reportedly erupted due to bursting of firecrackers as part of the ‘Bharat Mata Maha Aarti’ programme organised at People’s Plaza on Necklace Road.
According to reports, there were 15 people on the boats when the mishap occurred and they luckily escaped unhurt.
The fire spread from one boat to another, severely damaging both the boats. More details are awaited.
