Kia Syros X-Line CONFIRMED! What To Expect: Interior, Exterior?

Kia India is all set to drive in its all-new premium subcompact SUV – Syros – to challenge Hyundai Venue, Tata Nexon, Mahindra XUV 3XO and Maruti Brezza. Prices of its variants will be announced on 1st February, 2025. Interestingly, the South Korean automaker is also working on a sportier X-Line version of the Kia syroswhich will arrive by the end of this year. The Kia Syros X Line will be based on the top-end variant, and come with both petrol and diesel powertrain options.

Usually, Kia’s X Line versions receive several cosmetic upgrades over the models’ regular top variant. Similar to the Kia Sonet X-Line, the Kia Syros X Line might come in matte grey paint scheme with contrasting gloss black accents all around. The gloss black finish on the front grille, wing mirror caps and fog lamp surrounds will add more to its sportier look. The front and rear faux skid plates might receive a piano black finish with silver metal accents.

Compared to the regular variant, the X Line version might get the newly-designed 16-inch alloy wheels in dual-tone gloss black and silver finish. It could also come with the new silver accent running across length of its doors. Similar to Kia’s other GT Line trims, this subcompact SUV will have brake calipers in silver finish and a new X Line badge on the tailgate.

Kia Syros X-Line Interior:

The interior of the Syros X Line is likely have a new dual-tone seat upholstery and door pads, complemented by the regular black dashboard. Contrasting orange stitching on the steering wheel, seats and door pads could also be part of the package. Additionally, the Syros X Line might get a new black headliner. All features from the top-end trim will be carried forward.

Kia Syros X-Line Engine Options:

As mentioned above, the X-Line trim will be offered with the 120bhp/172Nm, 1.0L turbo petrol and 116bhp/250Nm, 1.5L diesel engine options. Transmission choices will include a 6-speed manual, a 6-speed torque convertor automatic and a 7-speed DCT automatic (with paddle shifters only in higher trims).
