Hyderabad: Busting an international prostitution racket, nine women from different countries were rescued in Hyderabad by the Special Operations Team (SOT).
Acting in association with the local police, the SOT carried out a raid on a residential apartment in Gowlidoddi area of Gachibowli. The raid revealed the organisers of international racket were involving women victims from different countries.
Police said nine women from Kenya, Tanzania, Bangkok were rescued from flesh trade. The Madhapur SOT officials are searching for the organisers.
