Mahindra has spoiled my Diwali. I am writing this post at 02:50 am after toeing my vehicle at service center. This is my last vehicle with Mahindra. I don’t have stomach any more to experience unprofessional and ridiculous services and issues with the Car.
I serviced my car at Mahindra Provincial Nagpur at 40k KM on 24 Sep 2024. I asked to change the oil other than other regular stuff. The service center took 02 days to do the service and I was okay with it. I told the service center to take time but I need quality work. Didn’t take the car anywhere else after the service.
Today, while going to my native with my family after a while I got alert that ‘Engine oil pressure low’. I was surprised as I knew that oil was change recently. I heard some weird sound and I knew something is wrong and stopped the car. The oil was leaking all over the place. I called my friends so that they can drop the family home. I called RSA and it took time to arrange the pickup. The car is now parked at Unanti motors Yavatmal.
If this is how vehicle is going to behave after a service or otherwise in the middle of the night how can you trust the vehicle and the Mahindra. It is unreliable and I can’t trust the vehicle any more. It was my dream car but due to this incident it has raised serious doubts on the car and the Mahindra.
I will come to know what has happened tomorrow. Was the oil change not done properly? Is there any QC happening? What checks are service Center really doing? Is engine affected due to the low pressure? Did it lower the engine’s life?
Please let me know if you faced similar issue or have any suggestions or comments.
