Hyderabad: In a unique and non-competitive event, 50 chef representatives from different countries will showcase their national dishes in different cities in India, with 10 of them taking part in Hyderabad.
The event ‘United World Young Chefs (UWYC) Gastronomic Experience’ in the city is scheduled to be held at The Glass Onion, Gachibowli, on February 3. The event in the city is organised under the aegis of the International Institute of Hotel Management (IIHM) in partnership with the International Hospitality Council (IHC) London.
The chef participants represent nations such as Albania, Australia, Greece, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Timur-Leste, Nigeria, Uganda, Philippines, and India. The event will also witness the felicitation of Hyderabad’s renowned chefs, honouring their outstanding contributions to the fields of culinary and hospitality, a press release said.
