The situation escalated when BRS members staged a dramatic protest, accusing the Congress government of failing to fulfill its promises. As BRS corporators, holding placards and raising slogans, attempted to move toward the Mayor’s podium, the proceedings were disrupted.
Congress members intervened as the BRS members advanced, leading to a heated exchange between the two sides. The confrontation quickly turned physical, with members from both parties engaging in pushing and shoving.
